Jimmy Lim, CVA, M.Fin

Executive Director, Corporate Finance
Jimmy Lim is a Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA) and has been in the professional services profession since 2002 and he is currently a consultant (previously a Partner) with the Corporate Finance department at PKF-CAP Advisory Partners Pte Ltd, a member firm of PKF International. He was previously with Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services, Provenance Capital, Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Jimmy has over 20 years of corporate finance, valuations, capital markets and audit experience in serving local, multinational, and listed companies in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. He has provided sustainability reporting services to Singapore listed companies and has published an article “Impact of ESG on Business Valuation” with IVAS.
Jimmy’s merger and acquisitions advisory track record includes role as lead financial advisor in completed transactions comprising a listed general insurance company, a Japanese car leasing business, an engineering company and a print, paper & product company.
His capital markets experience includes independent financial advisor for Singapore listed companies and Business Trusts.

Allan Yap, CA, M.IntTax

Executive Director, Tax
Allan is a well-seasoned tax advisor and practitioner with over 25 years of experience in professional practice in the “Big Four” public accounting firms as well as in multinational corporations in the investment banking, oil and gas, fintech, manufacturing, and construction and investment management industries.
His expertise spans across international tax advisory, tax planning, structuring and optimisation, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, transfer pricing, tax due diligence, SOX and internal controls, tax risk management, tax controversy and tax audit dispute resolution, tax compliance and tax accounting and reporting.
Allan holds a Master of International Taxation degree from Melbourne Law School at the University of Melbourne, Australia, as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy (Business Law) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also Chartered Accountant, Singapore.”

George Wong, CA, ACVA

Executive Director, Mergers & Acquisitions
George has more than 20 years of professional services experience with Deloitte and KPMG and over 15 years of Mergers and Acquisitions experience.
George served as lead due diligence advisor for the sale or acquisition of target companies in various industries – technology/media, industrials, shipping, logistics, real estate, healthcare and consumer products. George has completed over 150 transaction services mandates for corporates and private equity clients in the mid-market M&A space, with deal size ranging from $20 million to $500 million.
His expertise in transaction services includes due diligence for share and asset acquisitions, carve-out support, vendor due diligence and support on Sale and Purchase Agreements and Completion Accounts. He is experienced in delivering complex cross border acquisitions and divestitures, as well as, working with SMEs on transaction readiness and preparation for fund raising.
George holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an Associate Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (ACVA) in Singapore.
